Questions
What does it cost to place an AI Smart Vending Machine at our business?
For most qualifying locations, placement is $0—we supply the vending machine, install it, and manage it. If projected traffic is too low, we’ll suggest a smaller setup. No surprise fees; if the location isn’t a fit, we’ll relocate the unit at no cost.
What are the space, power, and network requirements for installation?
We size the AI Vending Machine to your space—no major build-out required. During a quick onsite evaluation, we confirm clearances, an ADA-friendly access path, and the best placement. Most sites just need a standard wall outlet and reliable Wi-Fi or LTE (Ethernet works too). We’ll check building policies (e.g., outlet type, load-in route, visibility) and recommend the right configuration for your location.
Who handles restocking, maintenance, and customer support—and how fast?
We do. The Vending Machine reports stock levels and health in real time.
Restocking: Predictive schedule (often weekly; faster for high-volume sites).
Maintenance: Remote diagnostics; on-site within 1 business day for most issues.
Support: Web form for requests, with quick human follow-up.
What data is collected and how is privacy protected?
We collect transaction and inventory data (what sold, when, and where) to improve stock and uptime. We do not use facial recognition. Any cameras, where installed, are for asset security only. Payment data is processed by PCI-compliant providers, and analytics are reported in aggregate.
What are the contract terms, service levels (SLA), and cancellation policy?
Simple placement agreement—no purchase required. Standard terms include service levels for uptime, restock cadence, and response times. We remove the unit at no cost.
Can we customize the product mix (dietary needs, brand requests, price points)?
Absolutely. We tailor the selection to your taste— keto, gluten-free, vegan, low-sugar, high-protein, local brands, and specific price points. We review analytics monthly and rotate in new items based on what actually sells.
